Would suggest now you have a working site, install Akeeba Backup. make a backup, and test-restore it on another location (such as your PC, running WAMPServer). The backup is only useful when it aids a successful restoration of the site. Along with Akeeba Kickstart, I think they are essential tools in your web arsenal.
In future take notice of the ""Make a backup before proceeding with update!" warnings in future. (it does warn and ask several times in the migration process).
First, remove those old 2.5.x templates as already advised.
