Disable the component and the plugin, which should allow the upgrade to go ahead.
Uninstall the extension manually. The details of the folders and files are in the two .xml manifest files. No idea if this paid Joomla 3 extension creates and maintains its own database tables. If you still have the original installation package, check if it has an install script with SQL statements and then drop the database tables the statements created.
